Remove addHook().load() chains; align ReplaySandbox command stubs to ReplayCommandType.Active + ReplayCommandResult; retarget failure assertions to error 72; fix short-string param token base to 32; expect FaceDirection.Unknown for unknown blocks; onRecordCommand index 0; retire utils.test.ts. Confirmed production fix: restore first-step pre-read in ReplaySandbox play()/step() (75a39ad omission). Focused: 147/147 green.
